In contrast to this Densat’s true IFM structure means we do building, maintenance & cleaning, and about everything Only in corporate’s, malls, hospitals, and residential complexes (common area). We do not provide services at any residences.
Exceptions:
- We do some deep cleaning activities for corporate or big areas for short durations.
- We do celebrity houses and houses of managing directors on a request basis.
We get into 1 to 3-year agreements with clients. And every day, our men (those in our rolls) go to the client site and go back to home, they don’t come to our office. Our operations team visits the client site to check the work and whether the staff deployed there are working properly or not. Their salaries get credited to their account every month by Densat. our HR team visits the client sites once a month and meets and trains them.

We have all the advanced machinery used for scrubbing, buffing, and polishing, industry-grade vacuum machines, ride-on scrubbers, and flippers.
